Effective August 2021. This website is operated under the published terms of GEX CORPORATION LLP. By accessing or using the site, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Return Policy, and any additional conditions presented for a product, service, or checkout.

Permitted use and intellectual property

The website and its content are provided for personal, non-commercial use. Text, graphics, trademarks, layouts, downloads, and other materials may not be copied, republished, modified, sold, framed, distributed, or used to create derivative works unless the owner has given written permission.

Content submitted by users

When a visitor voluntarily submits comments, images, videos, feedback, or other material, the visitor confirms that they have the right to submit it. The operator may use, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute that submitted material as permitted by the published terms.

Links, third parties, and online purchases

The site may refer visitors to third-party services, including the merchant that processes an order. A third-party merchant may apply its own payment, order-processing, shipping, subscription, privacy, and purchase conditions. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by the Return Policy. The customer must act within the stated 60-day period and follow the return instructions, including contacting support and returning the required bottles and packing information.

Suspension, copyright notices, and prohibited use

Access may be suspended or terminated when the site is misused or these Terms are violated. Copyright complaints and anti-spam concerns may be submitted to the support contact in accordance with the applicable procedures described by the operator.

Governing terms and disputes

The published Terms state that they are governed by the laws of Barbados and provide for binding arbitration in St. Michael, Barbados, together with a class-action waiver, subject to any rights that cannot legally be waived. If one provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.

Updates

The operator may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

Return Policy

You may request a refund during the 60-day period beginning on the date the order was placed and purchased.

1. Confirm the purchase date in your order-confirmation email and make sure you are still within 60 days.
2. Email contact@customercs.com and write Refund Request in the subject line.
3. Return all bottles, whether opened, closed or empty, together with the packing slip. Include your full name, email and order ID when available.
4. Return-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

After the returned package is received, the refund will be processed and a confirmation email will be sent. Depending on the bank or card issuer, it may take approximately 5–10 days to appear on the statement.
